New to In Motion or to a class based gym? That’s okay! Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels and our coaches and members will make you feel at home.
From the moment you walk in, you are in control of your time and pace. Our coaches and member mentors will work with you to make sure you feel comfortable with every exercise.
Experienced with fitness? Not a problem, you will find our program challenging, diverse and fun!
In our Arden Hills fitness community, we roll with whatever your fitness goals are and pledge you will experience that sweet spot of challenge, accountability, and growth without the intimidation or monotony you find at many gyms.
The PUSH 45-minute, total-body workout class is led by our certified trainer(s) and feels like you have your own personal training program. A typical PUSH group fitness class at In Motion Fitness starts with a warm-up of aerobic exercises, an explanation of the workouts/exercises included in the fitness class, and finally a demo of the cardio conditioning and weight training movements designed to fit your ideal comfort level. As a result, regardless of your fitness or skill level, this workout is yours!
After some aerobic exercises and conditioning, we transition to the strength-training portion of the workout class. To start, our personal trainer shows modifications & alternative movements for each exercise. After you know how to do each exercise movement, you’ll then jump into weighted exercises using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, TRX’s, bands, sleds, bodyweight, battle ropes, weighted med-balls, slider boards…and more! We try to keep it fresh and entertaining. You can use the total-body PUSH group fitness class as a gym workout, aerobics fitness class, cardio weight training, or weight loss exercise program all with access to a personal trainer in one class.
